Shipping Policies

Navali shipping charges are based on the product you buy and where you are located. There is an extra surcharge for Rural Deliveries. Some items have free or limited shipping charges. Charges will be configured on your check out page.

If you are based in the North Island, Auckland area, your order will arrive in 1-2 business days. If you are based in a rural part of the North Island, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days. If you are based in the South Island, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days. If you are based in a rural part of the South Island, your order will arrive in 3-4 business days.Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be despatched the next business day. If you are based in one of the outlying islands, please allow extra time for your delivery.

Some deliveries to remote locations such as Great Barrier Island will be charged an additional shipping rate. In some cases additional freight charges may be required. Our customer service team will contact you if this is the case and you must agree to these extra charges before the order can be shipped. Priority Delivery is available, please contact our customer service department for a quote and delivery times.

Navali provides delivery to Australia. This is not included in the price. We will ship goods to Australia based on quote for location and weight. Our customer service team will contact you if this is the case and you must agree to these extra charges before the order can be shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind all our products, and we guarantee 100% satisfaction for all our customers. At Navali, we take great pride in the products that we sell. Every product is inspected prior to shipment and we are certain that it will meet your standards.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@navali.co.nz. Navali allows you to return your order within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or an exchange. All returns must arrive within 30 days of delivery. The bag must be in new, unused condition with the tags and original factory packaging in order to qualify for reimbursement. We don’t want you having anything from Navali that you aren’t completely satisfied with. If you ever run into an issue with your Navali bag, our staff is always on deck and ready to help. We will happily repair or replace any faulty Navali product. We offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on every product, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Please keep in mind that leather will wear from use over a period of time and distress is common for leather products and this is not a defect in the product. However, if your item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible at info@navali.co.nz. We will inspect the product upon return and if its a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair or replace it.
